DELIVERY AND RETURNS
SUSTAINABLE PACKAGING, GIFT WRAPPING, and GIFT MESSAGES
We will ship all orders in eco-friendly kraft paper bags and kraft mailers. We are working on eliminating bubble padded envelopes. Please re-use or recycle your packaging and all other online retailers to help reduce waste.
Please let us know during checkout what you'd like to add as a gift message, and we will be happy to include a special note.
We offer free worldwide shipping. It may take us between one to three business days to ship your order. Please be patient & relax with a glass of hot chocolate.
The estimated delivery time with standard shipping to Europe is between 5-10 business days. The estimated delivery time with standard shipping to the USA & Canada is between 10-20 business days. All orders will ship with a tracking number, which we will email you once we create your label.
Express shipping is available upon request. The estimated delivery time with UPS is between 1-4 business days. All orders are trackable.
INCOMPLETE OR INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please note that incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses may result in your parcel being returned or abandoned. Any return shipping fees or loss of item is to be covered by the customer if this occurs.
CHECK YOUR PARCEL DURING DELIVERY
Before accepting and signing your package, please check to see that the parcel is unopened nor damaged. If the delivered package has been opened or damaged, and if the product purchased is missing, please make sure to ask the shipping company to prepare a damage report. If you do not issue a damage report, we will not be responsible for any lost or damaged product.
We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. We will not be accepting returns of the items shipped back to us without first requesting a return.

- Custom or personalized orders
- Items on sale
- Gift cards
Our bags are marvelous, so we don't get returns. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will give you a full refund on items in UN-USED condition. Please note that we will not reimburse original shipping and return shipping. If you are returning an item that you have received with FREE SHIPPING, the refund would be minus the actual shipping/packaging cost incurred. Shipping Upgrades fees are non-refundable. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will be happy to refund you within five business days.
ITEMS ON SALE
At this moment, we will not be able to refund items on SALE, only exchanges, please. Returned for store credit is available.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
